is it safe to say rule of thumb is AROUND 10 cents a watt of power? or does that change with different equipment?

check ur utility bill. mine is 10cents a kwh.

there is on and off peak hours I try to use them off peak hours which is 11 to 10 pm so ... run the lights at night will save some cash .....

This has to be true, especially when there are at least a dozen hydro shops in central Florida that I know of.

orlando here, ive grown outside the last 5 years. Nothing under 6ft ever. Starting first indoor grow in 2 weeks, and yeah theres a ton of hydro shops.
