Hi to all,

I'm running a small second flowering room within a budbox five plants.

Because it's a second grow i've gone with a envirolite lamp in there i have the two, one for veg and then i will change over to the other at 250w for flowering.

Now i'm trying to find and read up on some positive's on the flower power of this i'm reading fairly negative stuff....

Now i don't expect it to be as good as a 400w HID grolux lamp agreed.

but its still a 250w lamp so bad or good? anyone using the 250w envirolite for flowering to give me a heads up ?

The reason i'm using it is the cost since its only 250w as opposed to another 400w was my main reason but if its crap then i will just get another 400w HID i suppose.

As it stands it's going to take me 8 weeks to find out if the envirolite is worth using so if anyone can put me out of my misery and tell me now what to roughly expect from it it would be a great help.

i was just about to post, what better 150 watt hps spotlight or 250 watt cfl with small reflector!

does the 250 watt cfl get hot?

i use a 250 along with some 600's and 1000....i love my 250 for small grows...it has always been good 2 me..

Its an interesting one and your pretty much asking the same thing.

A envirolite at 250w flowering as a single lamp could i expect to get 1 ounce a plant or will it be more like half ounce per plant ????????????????

Thats what i would like to know !

one ounce a plant is about right...i get about 1 and a half usually..

how many plants do you want to fit under that 250 watt cfl?

Well if i get 1 ounce per plant off this 250w Envirolite then that was my target i would be more than happy any more well that's a bonus!

............hang on i only get 1.6 ounce per plant off my 400w HID Grolux ??? lol

This will be interesting over the next 8 weeks at least by your reply i'm good to go so thanks for that my confidence is restored in this project.

buy reflektor with 3 slots,and 3x 200w dual envirolite,works good

do you find you get a better yield & plant using a double or triple slot reflector?
