Default yellow preflowers??????

i have had my baby under 12/12 for about a week and it has developed little yellow strands at all internodes (the plant is only 6 inches tall but has 8 internodes). what the hell are they and can anyonetell me what sex this might be?

i just switched them back to 24/0. hopefully no hermies as a result. but i did notice that the strands at the top were green and bigger and really fuzzy. i have some sort of burn on some of my older top leaves too. it started at the tips and i think it stopped. the temps reach nearly 90 so i dont know whether this is a heat reaction or nute burn cuz i have that miracle grow pre fertilized crap. tom im installing a ventilation system and a co2 gen.
