plants arent looking too good, idk what to do! help!

please tell me what i need to do ive flushed and flushed, they had a serious algae problem, the algae issue is gone but idk what my ppm range should be, fox farm says around 1200ppm my ph is good i just made sure about 5 mins ago. this is aeroponics and i have two air stones. the roots were covered in algae but i did a h202 flush and they are back to norn. i have a 90w ufo and 3 cfls going which = to 9800k for four plants. one plant is showing white edges but i raised the light up a bit and it looks like its getting a lil greener but idk. they are def stunned. i havent seen significant growth in a week. i have used co2 by letting dry ice and hot water mix. but havent in the past few days. my ppm right now is at about 1100. im running fox farm grow big and big bloom, since fox farms schedule says 7-8 weeks is the flowering stage i added a few drops of tigerbloom. my fisrt issues were yellowing leafs and then a few turned brown. now it just seems like i have a few yellowing leafs and stunned growth but they seem to be trying. any input would be awesome

oh and yeah they were only in the coco coir for that pic cuz when i had the algae issue i had to really clean good and i didnt wanna just leave them out in the open but they have now been in the aero system for 3 days since
