I placed an order on December 30th, and I understand there is a back log of orders probably from the Holiday season, however they have NOT returned any e-mails, help tickets, or anything of the like. I know they are a reputable company but I have one question... Will they inform me once my item has been shipped? If they don't reply soon I'm going to charge back my credit card transaction and order from Nirvana or Dr.Chronic.

The holiday period has slowed everything down for shipping and everything.

Remember that if you order from seedboutique in the uk then it will have to travel around 2 or 3 thousand miles.

How long would it take you to get that distance at christmas time having not booked a flight already and leaving it till the last minute.

Yeah I am not worried at all, because I know they are a reputable company. However I wish they'd e-mail me back just to shut me up.

I'll definately be ordering Dr. Chronic. I spent 90$ on 10 Atomic NL seeds, and honestly if the guy cant even answer an e-mail I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
