The careful grower...

Hello. About ~three months ago I germinated and grew a "fuck-up" plant under a 10Wat halogen 3-inch spotlight used in the living room, in soil found in the backyard. When it got to about 8 inches I stuck it under the sun (florida) and two months later it was my strongest, most resiliant plant that just seemed to have a guardian angel watching over it. A few weeks ago I placed it in a growtent under a 600watt HPS bulb and fed it HESI Root & Grow nutritiants and Super Vit then watched as it exploded in growth for a few weeks, then induced flowering.
My question now is when mixing up a soil nutrition solution, the HESI Bloom says to add 50ML/per 10 Liter and I have another HESI bloom fert (called PK 16/17) that says to add 2.5ML/10 liter in the 4th week, 5ML/10 liter in the 5th week, 7.5 in the 6th, gradually increasing it till 2 weeks prior harvesting. So my question is, say if you were in the 5th week of flowering, are you suppose to add 5ML/10 liter to your resivoir that already contains 2.5ML/10 liter, or get new water and add in a new solution?
P.S I induced flowering at about 3.5-4 feet, I read somewhere that the plant doubles in height throughout flowering.. So..
