whats the best 400w hps bulb?

not worried about the budget. not worried about lifespan. i want to get the most lumens and right spectrum

el-cheapo 400w hps produces light fluffy buds.

i don't know much about bulbs but i think mine is pretty good, 53,000 lumens

I like sylvania grolux, in tests it has "apparently" been proven to out perform the hortilux.

hortilux is a good light, there are a few others that claim more light but hortilux will have no issues
