Can some one give me a quick step by step + any hints or tips for germination.

soak your beans in water... when they sink, wrap them in moist tissue, place in a ziploc baggie,put em somewhere dark with a CONSTANT temp of around 21 degrees(much cooler they prolly wont pop)
Keep an eye on them..they should pop anywhere betweeen 12hrs for some strains and a coupla days for others...

Smal green seeds are often immature and dont usually germ.

What you should do is take a CD case.

Grab a napkin and cut it to fit the circle inside the cd case.

Get the tissue good and damp and place the seeds on it.

Close the case and put them in a dark area. They should be poppin in no time.
