lol it doesn't matter what light you have, just don't look directly into it, if you look at it and your eyes hurt and or go blury...then you know it's bad for you

my light hangs high cus my plants are 5+ feet, so i constantly have to hold my hand out to block the light while i observe my babies. ive also gotten worried that repeated instances would hurt my eyes, even if i barely catch a split second glimpse of my 1000watt its like staring at a freakin quazar.
