In case anyone was curious, I contacted the individual who created the strain and currently it is not available for purchase outside of California.

Hi there....I know this is an oooold threat and much has happened since, but You might wanna check out "Critical Kush" from Barneys Farm. They claim it has showed content up to 25% THC and 2.1% CBD...
I haven't tried it myself but thought it sounded a bit like what You are/were looking for...Bless
