So i ordered something from them on december 12th.
I was never charged for my product, but they have not responded to ANY of my 4 emails over the last 4 days.

I am starting to worry about giving these guys my personal info now and i feel like i was tricked.
Give your info and CC# then never hear back from them till 1 year later strange things start appearing on my bills type thing.

I have heard a ton of good things about this company and i am shocked by this service.

I even checked my email and made sure that i hadnt put it in wrong. they even sent me an invoice for my purchase the first day. Still no answer at all from them.
Has something happened to the site maybe?

I am getting a little worried as well. I ordered from them 12/5 and got an email that it was shipped 12/11 but my stuff still hasn't arrived. I am assuming that its on its way but from what I had read on this site, most people got their stuff a lot faster than that. I am probably just paranoid but now your post is making me more so! Keep us informed.

1. Where are they located?

2. It's Christmas time and the post offices are booked.

3. If the seeds have to cross an international border, maybe they were confiscated by Customs.

4. Maybe they were confiscated by the U.S. Postal Service.

5. I've ordered plenty of beans from various sites, and many take three weeks or so to arrive.

sometimes if they dont have the strain they wont send an invoice for it. but its through paypal so all your money is insured. and since its through paypal they cant charge you for anything unless you authorize it. the guy who owns it is a nice dude. very helpful. probably just high volume from all the good reviews on this forum.

Its not the shippment im worried about....the order is still pending. I am worried cuz i have had no replies at all from the owner.
I ordered this time of year for a reason....high volume time seemed good for obvious reasons.
They have not charged me for anything and my order has been "pending" for over a week now with no repies from my emails.

be patient. did you pay for it already? if so it could take two weeks to get to your place. and i understand you are picking this time of year cuz of all the high mail volume but you have to expect delays as well. i havent heard anything bad about them yet so relax. they will take care of you.

Yes dont worry the guy is a good person known him for awhile.Orders get slowed up at this time of year because of holiday rush.If you used standard shipping give it some time to get to you at least 2 weeks from the shipping date if you use express options give an extra 5 days to the shipping date.I know alot of greenhouse seeds are back logged right now so if you chose those seeds they may take even longer as they were behind because of the new trainwreck cannibus cup release.I'll drop him a line and see if I can get ahold of him to get to you guys asap so you get an answer...

Yeah i have heard good things about them and will be ordering from them soon. SO what do yall think about sending them to your home addy or should you use a po box or something.

Im paraniod as is...and the whole over the border thing really gets to me.
Only time i had the balls to get seeds from somewhere eles i actually flew there, got the seeds, and flew back with them in my mouth....i figured if anything happened i would swallow them.
