Hey dudes I am growing two white widow plants and i'm hoping to get 3-4 ounces on each plant. I will be using a 400 watt conversion bulb and I also have sufficient co2 and nutrients does anyone thinks this is possible and do you have any hints or tips

it is possible to get 4oz a plant. It just depends on how many of those plants can you put and manage under your 400 watt. GL!

id impliment a growing method such as screeing ....veg em and train em veg em and train em....grow 2 monster plants...

you pretty much just gotta do everything right to maximize yeilds. my first grow i just completed i had 3 white widow females under 2 600s(i got fucked on my seeds). anyways i came out with 11 ounces for the three girls. 2 were topped. i think they all put out about the same amount but the untopped girl had a HUGE top cola, it weighs close to 3/4 of an ounce(dried,cured). keep in mind i grew hydroponically and organically. no c02 but i have it now during this grow. like has been said. everyday checkup. you must pay vigilent attention to them to maximize yeilds. you have to learn how to talk with your plants. they will tell you what they need. molasses has been said to help add on weight to buds. anyways just make sure you get your ducks in a line and you will come out with a great harvest. remember only skill and experience can maximize yeilds.

No way, not with a 400... The only way to get 6-8 oz's would be to grow 8 plants sog. The 400 will not penetrate the canopy enough to develop the lower buds..best case with 2 big plants would be to top them and tie them down and extend there lower branches into all usable light...That is the short of it....
