My MH/HPS Light, Quick Question

I ran into a 400w MH/HPS Light, Says its convertible but there is no type of switch on it, is this normal?

that means it will work with convertible mh or hps lights i have a switchable witch means i can go out and buy a hps or mh light without the light saying convertible yours will only work with mh or hps lights the say convertible

i hope you understand if you dont maybe some one else can help better her is a pic of my ballast. i might be wrong but anyway mine is a 400watt mh/hps works great

Im pretty sure you just screw the bulb in and its ready to go, right now Its using an MH Bulb no problem, its says nowhere that it has to be an MH Bulb or a convertible hps bulb.
