Default I have a pic. What kind of bug is this??

Hi all. I have these stupid little bugs flying around in my room. I dont know where they are coming from, it has been -3c or colder here for the past few weeks. I managed to get a picture of the little bastard any help would be great. Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it. Is it even going to be a threat??? looks kinda like a fly to me but smaller.

Man it looks kinda similar to a lady bug only its wings are not hidden by a shell. It was probably in the soil. Thats a chance you take with soil. You never really know whats inside the dirt. Lady bugs I have been told are a natural pesticide. They will eat the other bugs that are on your plant. But as far as that one, I am not sure.

DAMN THE BUGS!!!! I dont need this crap now!! I'm 2 weeks into flower I dont want these stupid things in there. I thought I had the problem solved, I put a vapona strip in the room and they went away for a while and now they are back again!!!
