Flowering Question
Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to spread their knowledge on this site. So I realize that it changes according to preference and strain but I would just like to hear from some fellow growers. At what point do you begin to flower your plants? How tall or how many weeks into veg? Also about how much do the plants grow in the flowering stage? I am growing 3 plants under t5s as well as cfls. I am about 5 weeks into veg and they are about 18'' tall. Looking very healthy...will post pics asap. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

At 5 weeks and 18" I would throw them into flower ASAP. Unless of course you're looking for some monsters. I'm reckoning that most strains will at the very minimum double in size after you throw them into 12/12.

Id wait untill they were 2 feet if in 5 gallon. if only in 3 gallon BUD NOW !

Thanks for all the replies. Im gonna start flowering them asap. Would you suggest watering with blooming nutes one watering before switching to 12/12 or wait until I have already switched?

Switch to 12/12/ before starting to fertilize. It takes the plants a few days to adjust to the change.
