What Age To Start Feeding?

I've heard a lot of discrepancy between growers, growing in soil at what age and what strength do you give it its first feeding? I was thinking bout giving them some 24-8-16 fertilizer 1/3rd strength at 3 weeks, what do you guys think?

hi, ill help out and just say from my experience i start using ferts about 2-3 weeks after germinating and if the plant is taking off well. ONLY USE 1/4 OF NUTES!!! you dont want to shock these new girls if they respond well you can increase how much you use slightly each time til you reach recommended amount. For mine it's usually a lid full to about 5 litres of water.
