As above, what will happen if i used both lights at the same time during the veg state? is it any good fer my plants?

How many watts? MH is better for vegging you can use it through the whole grow though same with High Pressure sodium. High pressure sodium is better for flowering though, if you can't afford both just pick one...it will do just fine. I bought a 2 way fixture that runs hps or mh seeing how you can't run both in the same fixture unless it says so, also don't run without a ballast it's a safety hazard. Hope this helps.

Was thinking more on the line of whether it will make my plants grow fuller if i used these 2 lights at the same time. Can't get HPS cos i've limited space, also safety hazard cos over here they don't come with digital ballasts. It's a small op anyways, something like 4 plants.

so once again, what will become of my plants if i use a 5000k & 3000k MH at the same time during the veg period?
