I'm curious as to exactly what the laws are in my area for growing, i'm in the US. so what are the laws, or just direct me to where to find em, thatd be cool too. and i read an article where federal DEA dudes raided legal cali med growers, so i take that as if you state laws say one thing, and it contradicts with fed laws, then fed laws what i have to worry about? and, if you get caught by the coppers with a plant or two, versus a big ass grow room? just lookin for some info, anything you know is appreciated. thanks

coppers usually dont worry about 1-2 plants. its not even worth their time really. unless u live in an area where lots of money goes into busting growers. but nowadays with terrorism and shit they arent to worried about a guy with 1-2 plants in his closet. as long as u keep ur mouth shut. loose lips sink ships. cool mucho info, but what about the federal laws overriding state laws? cause my state says less than 40g is a misdemeanor w/ MMS 1 Day - maximum 90 days and a $250 - $500 fine. but the federal says any amount is 1000 bucks and and 1 year NON-mms.

so if i get caught w/ like, shit i don't even know how big a gram really is, how many grams is a bowl about? but if i got caught with like say 2 bowls worth, am i gonna be ok with state and fucked with the feds, or how does that all work, is it dependant on the cop, or what?

if you get caught with just a couple bowls...then the cop will prolly take it and that will be the end of it....thats nothing
