When is the proper time to take clone clippings?

is there such thing as too early or too late? I'm looking to do hydro eventually and peat moss cups in the short run btw

Outdoors are at 2 months indoors are at 1 and 1/2

there definitely a too late.....don't do it while buds are forming..........enough said

Best time is early veg. And best time to take your cuttings is approx. 10 minutes after a heavy watering. Good luck & good grow.......BB
