Default need some advise

i got a simple set up. my plant is in a pop can that i cut and put some soil in, and its growing. it is about 3 inches tall, and i got a flood light on it. no fan or any thing. i just wont the most simpal that i can just grow a lil plant nothin real big or any thing i would put it out side but would it frost cause its november here and its like freezing every night i could take it out side and back in at night but would that be to much stress?
