Default Sun Gro #4 aggregate soil

I placed my plants into 3 gallon pots and used the Sunshine Sun Gro #4 aggregate soil. Does anyone have any experience with this soil? It was recommended to me, but I wanted feedback from the real experts.

No experience with that soil. But 3 gallon pots are my specialty...
