Ok.. Need some ideas for my new system...

Here's the deal:

I have

- "Wilma 4 Pot"
- Claypebbles + Equal layers Rockwool [Clay pebbles bottom and top layers]
- 30Ltr Pots

Water timer is steady
Ph Stable
EC currently 1.3 (Third week)
Humidity 60% Temp around 25 deg C
60 Day Williams Wonder

The plan, and foreseen problems:

1. I intend to "rotate" planting, therefore after the first plant matures, then roughly 15 days later another one does, so on and so forth, within the same system.
2. 24hr light cycle (May cut this down later?!)
3. Ideally try to use a 50/50 grow and veg solutions for the water system?

I was thinking that if maybe I halved the average ec for both (1.5/2=0.75), this way the flowering and veg plants get all they need, all at the same time..

Im trying to get a system going so that I need to put minimal extra chains in the same system..

Any suggestions as to how I can either separate the food cycle (not by hand) so that all the plants are happy, or any ideas as to how I can flush, yet keep the other plants happy (eg. clean water for a week at the right times etc)..
[Every 15 days as one is starting, and one is finishing, whilst the other two are fairly "stable"]

I imagine that taking away all nutes from the plants will take effect in under that time, so need to find a better way?!

Im going ahead anyway, just wandered if there were any of you that may be able to give me some more ideas to give maximum results with in a short time period?

Thanks in advance!

Update:

(Below are averages, and are taken from actual figures)

EC: 1.3
PH: 6.53
Temp: 31 dC
Humidity: 35.4%

(Actual current figures)

EC: 0.7 (To flush due to over exposure of Nutes)
PH: 6.5
Temp: 31 dC
Humidity: 39%

Have now all four pots occupied.
Have decided to try two per one pot on this cycle, and left the others to run for the time being..

Have a slight concern..
The EC rose far too high, and seemed to burn the plants, I topped one of them, but it seems to have stopped growing?!
Im not actually sure what to do as there appears to be no more new growth on this plant (plant B)

Does this mean that I can not top this strain? Or is it because the EC was too high, and has effectively stunted the plants until it recovers?!

I also decided to run them with a 50/50 flowering + grow Nute solution, as this will mean I can run flowering and non flowering plants at the same time to see what would happen.

The 1st plant (A) seems to now have lots more healthy growth after I ditched the water and ran a water/Bio balanced solution, where as the new seedling (C) does not appear to have made much progress at all.

I will keep an eye on this an keep this post updated as I go.
In the mean time if any one can give me any pointers I would be very gratefull.

Update:

Flushed for three days. Readjusted the Ph to 6.5
Changed light cycle to 20/4 added 10ml of biobalancer, and brought EC down to 1 (Lowering again to around 0.7 tommorrow).
