where do calyxes show up , are they only at the nodes or are they in the buds too ? pleeeasssee helppp

well they first appear at the nodes and work their way up the stems forming the buds. see the calyxes are actually what form the buds.

Hmmm. Just my thought. But they do not work their way up the stems. They are located at each off shooting branch, these are where the buds grow. If you are lucky enough, these bud sites will grow to become one bud site. This is how the main colas are formed.

When first flowering, just the nodes.
When budding they also form in the buds.
