plain ph'd water works just fine , clearing and flushing products are not required, sure seems like a long flush, i do it for 10 days & has always worked fine
I'm first going to tell you I'm using the complete foxfarm hydro nute system and on the feeding chart it reads after week 6 before week 7 flush with hy quality clearing solution and run system for two cycles then empty and replace with week 7 nutes ? My question is should I use the final phase from general hydroponics. Then another time for the final week or so. ? Not sure please help

I like to top flush with carbonated mineral water ph'd of course.. adds a lil CO2
But can it be used ? I already have final phase and am on the first day of week 7 so I'm going to use it I guess.![]()
why would you add more nutes after flushing?
A big reason why I ask is because on the bottle of final phase clearing solution it says use during the final 7-10 days of flowering so I'm a bit ? So mabey I'll use this like it says in the final days. Even though it says use a high quality clearing solution run for two cycles then empty refill and start week 7 nutes. ? Damn this confusing foxfarm flush mid flowering. Has anyone done this before?
yes you can use a clearing solution 7-10 day at the end, this is your flushing proccess, plain phd water after that, no nutes, would be defeating the clearing solution.
Yes except foxfarm says nothing about flushing in the end instead on the feeding chart it says to flush before week 7 then proceed with week 7 of nutes. So I'll just do exactly that I guess.
Well I still can't beleive no one uses foxfarm hydro and knows somthing about the mid flower flush. I used final phase anyways because the guy at the hydro store said it's the stuff to use. ??
im just confused as to why you would continue to feed after you have flushed. all that is gonna do is make your herb taste like shit. that feeding schedule is also a 12 week schedule. if your plants are almost ready for harvest stop feeding at least a week before you cut them. your lungs will appreciate it.
