feel STUPID asking but...

What's with the reps in the right hand corner.
Its the 2nd time I read about it and I don't have a clue.

Also when you get an email from certain 'rollitup' threads, is this because:

1/ you have posted into the thread and now someone else has added something OR

2/ is it that someone has replied to something you have said

I've been here since June. You would think I know this all by now.

Click on the scales, it will give you a window. You can't rep the same person until you have rep'd like thirty others. A lot of us like it if you let us know that it is you that gave the rep.

When you post in threads there are choices you can make about notification. Its titled thread subscription. Choices from no notifacation to instant e-mail when a new post is made to that thread.

Hey smarty my friend. Heehee. Its the scale looking thing in the right hand corner. It looks silver/grey. If you click on it a box for adding comments comes out.
It rep you but I have used up all my reps for the last 24 hours.
