    Default Quitting cigs journal (daily update) feel free to follow me if you want.

    Hey guys, didn't know where the hell to post this, probably better off in toke'n'talk but i figured what the hell. Anyways, today marks the day I quit smoking (hopefully). Not for any particular reason besides its a major health factor and I would rather beat it down now than never. Ill be posting in here every day, anyone else who wants to join me feel free to post in here or make your own journal. Lates guys

    good luck dude, i have been tobacco free for 1 month now. Its not that hard, and the first 5 days are the most difficult. Driving and after meals were the worst times but when i got a craving i smoked some chronic out of a one hitter and it helped. Seriously if you can do it, just smoke that hitter when u get a craving and you should make the first 5 days. Also be prepared for vivid dreams about smoking, you will feel it and taste it. I was a smoker for 15 years.

    Day 2 no cigs, feeling pretty good, haven't thought about em today until this post!
