This is more of a vent than a useful thread

Maybe I just have been lucky so far but I get on here and read a lot more posts than I put up and so far I have just learned stay away from the Newbie section you will loose your damn mind with all the senseless questions being asked but lately and more so the last 24hrs I have read some of the most retarded questions in the General Grow section. I am still new but when I knew next to nothing I went to "read a book, read a book read a mother fucking book" after that I watched some videos and then joined this forum and tried to read as much as I could. I know that it is easy to post a thread about sexing a plant or how to germinate or when to flower or ways to harvest but this the link to GrowFAQ broken or something (it still works on my computer) why the rush of stupid questions?

Also I think we should get a hand slapping the fuck out you added to the smiles for retarded questions or a little warning indicator "Warning you may loose knowledge by reading this question!"

Really I'm just wondering if I'm the only one that sees it. This is a really good forum the best I have seen but WFT is really going on some of the questions that are being asked you shouldn't even start growing if you don't know at least IMO.

Yea, at time there are silly post, but everybody is just excited and wants to grow. Usually if the question is too stupid it will get no answer, and i think we have all been there... at least i have, i wount lie... Live and Learn.... Nowstopwhining is whining, the newbie forum is there because it's for NEWBIES to ask questions. There are more sophisticated forums for the more sophisticated growers. Now instead of helping a person start their grow by posting, you are posting negativity. Which is the noble path? Stay positive guys and don't be the man.

Im not really refering to the newb section...I dont even go in there. I was reffering to these supposedly more sophisticated growers sections which seem to have a bunch of retards posting complete shit. I dont post negativity...when I see someone do this I correct them and I tell them not to give advice unless they know what they are talking about.

That's what this is about there is an obvious line draw between where newbie(common sense) and more experienced (opinion basic,more in depth,advanced practices,etc) question/comments should be placed but they are not being used. Its like driving the left lane is for faster traffic and the right lane is for slower traffic (US) but you always run into retards going under the speed limit in the left lane so eventually you blow the horn, wave and give them the finger(well I do maybe you don't). This is just to vent my frustration. I am not saying that there is no place for newbie questions I am just saying there is, its called "Newbie Central" and for god sake people it doesn't hurt to take 5 mins and try to find something on your own then if you can't find it post something thats all. Not only that but its not like I personally can go to work and vent about this...well I could but that would be pretty stupid so I choose to put up one thread and be done with it thats all.

In defence of newbies and silly questions not being posted in the right place. When I first started this forum, I hadn't had the computer experience to navigate myself around here. It's not that the set-up is unusually difficult, it's just that not all of us are computer savy either. I'm still unsure where to post some questions and perhaps that is the case with some others. Of course there are always going to be lazy people but that is just part of life. You don't know the situation either. Perhaps some of these people are partially paralyzed and have limited ability. None of us ever know the entire reason but I don't think we have to. Perhaps we all need is a bit of patience.

Just my take on it. Its not a right or wrong question or answer.
