I've done a bit of LST in my time, don't think I have any pics of those plants anymore tho. Although there is a bit of early LST in one of my old grow threads: GreenX ~ Aero Trials ... Grow 1 (w/ Pictures) ... I've got a couple pics of my current ScrOG which is basically a form of LST. These were taken a few weeks ago now:

what up..i just started my first step today on a couple of my clones..first solo pic is the Ice cream and the other lanky clone is the Casey Jones which is suppose to be off the hook..but yea its my first LST and i just tied em down today and their not stressing much at all

Yea man it is Low Stress after all haha, they just taken as a challenge and start cranking out the lateral growth! They love it!

what type of light are you using i ask because i am considering the very same set up
400W MH for veg and 600W HPS for flower over here. Both in 1.2m x 1.2m room (2m high roof but light is kept around 30cm (bout 1 foot) away from plants, or closer if I can get away with it).

I'll take some updated pics in the next couple days and update. I've found the ScrOG to be as effective as LST but with less hassles. Tying stuff down constantly can get a bit complicated but it depends on how you do it and how extreme you wana go.
