Pot fucks her up baaaad. I smoked just a pinner with her and she was tweekin... i was freakin... it was bad all over. lol.
Its alot better now that we know one or two hits is good enough for her... it does calm her down but it also shuts her down. I kinda always thought it was more harmful than anything for ppl with this to smoke weed.... cuz of the chemical imbalance of the brain and stuff... but it different for every person i guess eh'...
anywho.. just throwing shit out there lol...

It very much depends on what type you smoke, certain types of weed will increase anxiety and paranoia, you really have to be sure of which type you smoke, mandala #1 looks to be good though.

I'll find out a few more that can also be good.

good luck finding the strain that works best for you. the really sad thing is how much anxiety we all have to feel because of the illegality of a plant. the fact the government made a plant illegal really, really pisses me off. I mean who do they think they are telling me what i can and can't do with my mind and body?

reading that link now, nongreenthumb. i also agree some weeds should not be smoked by people with mental issues.. i know for me some strands just totally freak me out, yet others totally calm me, let me sleep proper hours and generally bring my mood up.

been trying a few buds of of my BC Kush plant and thus far i really like this high, although it doesn't last long it's very mellow and creates a bit of a euphoria. they aren't totally dry yet though so i can't say for sure what the end effect will be.

i'll have to maybe try and find some mandala #1 or get some more info on it, sounds good.

I was just thinking about that and would have to agree with lumberjack. Sativa(head change) Indica(full body buzz). the best indica is a good Kush. If you get a hybrid like sour kush, that is the best of both worlds. Sometimes a Sativa is good to do for inspiration for something you need to do. I am bi-polar and have anxiety attacks. If I take more than one ativan a day, it will make me throw up. My attacks are in my sleep and I wake up unable to breathe. So weed gets me through the day. I have met many diagnosed bi-polar poeple and most won't take prescription meds, but they almost all smoke weed. I think it is great that the co-op I go to color coordinates their brands on a board. Red,Sativa Green,indica and blue,kush. Then they coordinate the hybrids, like sour in red and purple kush in blue for sour kush. It helps in choosing, not asking questions and understanding what you are getting. They should all do that.
