Default Crushed clones are flowering now - quick read

I dropped 2 42 watt cfls right in the middle of 2 plants and crushed them. They were in flower for 4 days. I took all the damage and tried to clone them. Everything is going well but I put them back into veg and now the little clones are flowering! The roots arent even ready yet. They are back on 18/6. What do I do?
