I had to share this story:

Some guys in my city actually built another storey on a building to grow in. You read right. They built a hanger of sorts on the top of their building. It just boggles the mind that nobody noticed there was a brand new construction on the building. They got caught due to a leaky roof... er, floor, whatever.

The moral of this story is either, "think big or go home" or "Waterproofing is a good thing."
