This sounds like a newbie question. Planning for next years grow.
This past year I used a combination of Drip system and hand watering in my garden. The hand watering was for nutes. The garden hose was on a timer and then once or twice a week I would hand water adding the necessary nutes.

This sounds like a newbie question.
So, can one hook up the garden hose to "something" that has nutes in it and then continue to the drip system OR is it better to just hand water?

I wouldnt auto water unless I had more than 30 plants,if so go hard you'll save yourself alot of time.

Anything under handwatering is a good way to get to know your plants,check em out for bugs crisping yellowing and shit like that whilst you water.

Probably the only arguments your going to get off this site.
