I've never seen one before but it looks like the pictures... Is it male?

Get some pollem from him and then pollinate a small part of your plant....seeds galore for the future without destroying your crop....

Stick a bag over it's head like you are going to suffocate it, then shake upside down (do this away from your girls though (you should be able to freeze the pollem although I have never done that before so some research into that first.)
