i planted 23 seeds and are all hermies.... not out of control hermies. 2-4 bals on each plant. i do not want to kill all of them, so will just grow them..... i need advice on dealing with hermies and getting the LEAST amount of seeds possible. i heard if you cut the balls off they produce more... i tried using super glue on the balls to stop form exploding and producing more, it works..... i have a very low fan on the crop and was wondering if the air flow is low will all my plants have seeds or just some as opposed to high air flow?

Air flow wont affect the seeds. I think what you are wondering is will the other like "catch" the seed disease from air? If that is your questions answer would be no, still needs to be a male for that to happen.

Just a heads up though something has got to be major wrong if they all hermied. Something affecting them all, temps, temp fluctuation, lighting, light schedule, etc. Something stressed them out bad.

can you post pics... this is probably due to lighting.. i have heard that having the lights off for more than two day swill turn your girls into hermies.. you can just pinch off the ball sacs and you'll be fine

yes i will post pics soon.... the seeds came from a hermie thats why i think they are all hermies too... a few sack did explode but the pollen was still there cause of poor airflow on the plant... if i wipe the pollen off with a wet rag will that help? if there are a few seeds its ok but not covered... if pollen gets on just part of the plant will the whole thing get seeds or just the part the pollen touched?

lol, no i doesn't matter that it came from hermies (although that is a good point, maybe certain strains hermie easier but i have never heard of this)... YES if it pollinates, they will all become male

Hello nopo. I red your thread, and the answers you got. Here's my take. It is not uncommon that females will also produce a couple pollen-sacks. That does not make them a 'hermie' In fact that is what you need for feminized seeds. The pollen from these plants have female DNA, and will - when pollinating a female produce seeds, without any male DNA. A 'hermie' produces a little bud and lots of seeds, and is generally useless - as well as it carries both male and female DNA.
From the small amount of male flowers on your plants, I'm pretty sure you have a fairly normal female, but she may throw a few male flowers if she has been stressed, or I've seen in in plants that are being flowered too long.
You don't mention how old your plants are - that might be a clue. Other than that. Yes, remove the male flowers as you see them, which should be easy enough, as you only have a few on each plant. And - the seeds that you do get, are all feminized! Not bad at all.
