If the bottom of the stem has kind of bumps on it they may be cankass.But to be honest i have never heard of them on a indoor grow.Are the lumps cercreating a white puss from them if so then cankass is a defo.There is not much that you can realy do against these either but they normaly show near the end of a plants life.But on the other hand if the plant has been kept in the clone phase too long then it may be that you are just looking at the plant produceing a tougth outer coating at the bottom of the stem.

I'm sure the glue is less harmful than not having any...erm...bark...or whatever you'd call it. That leaves it prone to rot and disease. If anything, wrap the damage area with soemthing...maybe plastic wrap would work...and tap it to the stem above and below, so as not to let the glue leak into the inner parts as much.
Also...I have to agree on the rat thing...if it were bugs I think you would have noticed it starting sooner....unless you have some special, vicious weed eating termites from a radioactive pit in the middle of the Amazon.

i duct tape mine all the time when i get too crazy with supercropping and snap or rub off the outer layer... the plants will shed the tape when it is healed

Duct tape it is then i put cardboard around it for the time being ,and set mousetraps on the pots and i also plugged in 1 of them sonic rodent repellants

well after lookin in your pics i would say first off that you are overwatering... there is noticable green algae on top of your soil and you probably have root rot which can travel up your stem. it does look chewed though.... hmmm... make sure you let your soil dry out before you water. the roots need oxygen as much as they need water. they cant get oxygen efficiently if you are soaking the soil before it can dry out... oxygen will transfer through dry soil much better than wet.

you said you saw a couple bugs... what kind were they, if you saw a couple you may have a ton more that you dont see... make sure you check everywhere, soil, under the leaves, on the stems, in the smallest crooks of your plant cuz those little fuckers can really hide. once you determine what kind of bugs you have check in the plant problems forum and you will find numerous posts on diagnosing plant problems and how to determine what kind of bugs you might have.
