Yeppers. My town in No. CA. allows you to grow 99 plants or less with a 215. I forget exactly how many lbs. of harvest you can have on hand but I think it's around 2-3. Plus we have at least 5 grow shops and 3 or 4 clinics for seeds and clones. Go Humboldt Co. This town has less than 12,000 pple in it when the college is in session. Gotta love it!!! GL HH

I remember when Reagan seized most the land up there from farmers. I am afraid of having more than one. The original law says one is personal use and a misdormeanor. I would be willing to relocate to grow legally. Are you taking a serious chance with the feds. growing so many plants up North? I use to smoke skunk from Humboldt at 150-180 an oz. Would I be able to move up there and grow or is it taking a risk. I don't want trouble with the law. By the way, What is a 215. I thought that was a propositionn for medicinal. Does that give you a right to grow or something? I already have a Dr. referal to smoke.

Hi Grasshopper. Just type in medicalmarihuana.ca and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th sites are all the same. That's it.
It is totally legal to grow medical marijuana in Canada under proper guidelines.

Do you know if you have to be a Canadian citizen to own property or own a business in Canada? I have a family member who is a Canadian citizen and I wonder if that is a foot in the door.
