There is a person in my town here In Canada got busted 3 times growing and never got jail sentences lol. He paid a couple heavy fines, but still they make it look bad just. Got busted 2 yrs ago for a half o and only paid a fine of $200 and plead guilty, no record either. I've know someone who had random stop got, busted for 1lb and no jail time either. Just paid a fine how come they never seen jail life?

Fucking hell. I would be shocked if the coppers in England tried to send someone for jail for having a pound of weed! Scary shit...

cops just dont care, bottom line, they dont care about petty growers or smokers, its the big ones there after

someone i knows house got raided the whole team came flying threw gutter the house (in canada) found 3 pounds of weed, he had the charges dropped, because they had no proof he was selling, he simply claimed it was 3 types of weed, and that he buys in bulk cause its cheaper and, its less of a hassle, got off cleanly, except dident get to keep the 3 pounds

That's a load off my mind.

Funny story about the molson plant I used to drive by there on the way to work and I would see the lights on and people going in and out of it. Everytime I would think, "this has to be the busiest abandoned plant ever."

This is true, they are not going to bust your for an ounce or less on you. It is just not worth their paper work, so they just take it away and smoke themselves later.

As for the grow ops, they are not searching for the guys growing a few plants in their basement, they could care less. They want the large scale operations that are stealing hydro and taking out houses and factories, fields etc.
