My friend is growing in a bubbleponics setup and one of the plants has some leaves that have folded Im confused Please help

if they fold up like a taco i'm pretty sure its heat stress, the plant trying to protect itself

How could it be heat stress Florescent lights shouldn't do that to a plant and why is it only the one fan leaf?
