I planned on ordering some seeds from the attitude yesterday and my order kept on failing to go through. I then read their FAQs and the only thing that was a possible cause was that my account didn't have enough money in it. So i tried again today when all the possible causes were eliminated and it still didn't go through. I am going to call them as soon as i can but for now ill just ask you guys. I am using a Visa debit card has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

I had a few problems the first time I ordered from them, have you tried using their old site instead? That's what I wound up doing. They have a link for it on their site.

I had a couple problems as well using my card, it turned out it was the card and not them. If your using a prepaid make sure it can be used internationally, if its a bank card they might be stopping the transaction from going through theres a number on the back you can call, that was one of my problems my other problem was the 3 digit security code on the back wasn't correct with my card. Ended up getting a new card in the mail never had any problems since.

I use a visa debit and no problem. I know some vendors put an additional charge on a card temporarily for some security reason and if you don't have the balance to cover it it won't go through. There is a gas station where I can't buy case with that card unless I have $80 more than the purchase amount.

Thanks for all the replies, I tried using the old website but it still didn't go through. I think im going to take jeffdogs advice and give my cardholder a call and see whats up. Ill keep you guys posted with the news.

The problem has been fixed, just had to call AMCORE and setup my card for international use. I put in my order today just a couple of minutes ago. For anyone interested ill keep you posted on the delivery.

mine had problems a few days ago with needing security details and shit like that. I tried 3x and no luck so I went with worldwide marijuana seeds again. Ill keep ordering from Attitude, I love the UFO and the stupid merchandise.

When I had prob;ems with my card it was a newly issued card (bout 2-3 months old) after the problems were corrected I was fine. The UFO's are sweet, http://planetskunk.com is cool too I ordered from them and they hooked me up with 10 austrailian blue seeds free. I go to Attitude cause they have a much better variety then planetskunk but both companies are good

So, my usps tracking says "Status: Origin Post is Preparing Shipment". What exactly does this entail? I was reading for information about it across the web and people have often said that the status remains this way until it arrives at their house, but others say it indicates that it may possibly be in customs. Has anyone had experience with this or know what the status means?
