i think you are using incancesdents, you should switch to cfls (spiral energy efficent light bulbs) as they provide the spectrum plants need (6500k for veg and 2700k for flower) this will help your plants a lot.

ya man get some proper bulbs or your plants wont grow!! My plants look like yours at like 4 days except without the long stems. You should probably get some support for them or their gonna topple over!

you are doing it wrong.
you should do some research into proper lighting systems before trying to grow indoors. you'll never succeed with incandescent bulbs.
