Help! Can a pollinated female pollinate my crop?

Hello this is my first post.

I have a garden of several plants, and i have just noticed seeds in a few of my females
while i have already picked out the male i am wondering whether my pollinated females can ruin or pollinate any plants that may have not been contaminated

Will new plants get pollinated from females showing seeds?
