So after watching the news yesterday my hopes where high when finally one of the best doctors in his field told the public something we already knew; marijuana is less dangerous then drinking.

He was requesting for it to be moved down a class from class C to class D. At the moment in the UK possession can be dealth with by imprisionment for up to 5 years, something a bit stupid when recently some man accused of murder was put in for 9 years? He cut up his wife and was put in for something like 9-13 years, thats 4 to 8 years more then a cannabis charge? :S

However, today this was crushed after he was asked to leave his post after basically telling the truth.

This just proves how much the govt wants to blank anything to do with the drugs and continue to give it the bad press they think it deserves.

If only mary jane could show gordon the delights of her magical ways....

What your views on this guys?
