Default grow problem

first time posting here..hello all.. i've searched through numerous posts and found a great trouble shooting guide which was great. here are a couple of pics of my soil grow. fan leaves have been turning up and showing spots as shown. temp is setting at 85 and just flushed the medium. what should i expect,is there anything i can do? any help would be greatly appreciated...

>check water pH levels.
>check soil pH levels
>how high is your light? they could be burnt what are the lower leafs like?

water is at 6.5. the air cooled lamps are about 6 inches above the tops. temps from the digi are reading at 85. only the top part of the plant is affected, which leads to heat from what i understand.the thermometer sensor is level with the tops. i am flowering in two separate tents with a attached exhaust. i am in the process of pumping outside air in, as it stands the only air coming in is from the vents on the side of the tent. there are circular fans on the floor that blow across the bottom of the plants.
