Default yellowing leaves rep +

So I have a couple of week old plants that are starting to yellow at the corners of their leaves. One is very yellow the other is still mainly green with just a yellow spot on the tip. Sorry, no pics. I water about once every two to three days, basically thenever the soil is dry. I have a 400 w hps about 20 inches or so away from the plant with a fan pointed at the bulb. Does anyone have any idea what could be contributing to this. Plz help

wats the soil?nutes? sounds like slight nute burn.,.,r the burns/yellowing at the tips of leaves?

yes they are yellow at the tip of the leaves but i'm using miracle grow organic with barely any nutes and havent gave them any nutes. I bought some happy frog since then.

if you want some accurate answers i would get some pics. borrow a camera or something it would really help.
