Default low temperature at night

ten days into my grow my stalks were spindly so i buried them a bit and got a fan to give them a bit of wind push resistance but i noticed my temp went down to 20 celcius/ 70 farenheit when my light went off (2 x 55watt cfls on an 18/6) is this too low?
