Ok so can you bury 2 week old seedlings up to there leaves? These are 3 and 4 inches tall and the taller one has the two round leaves then one set of singles and then a set of the triples and the next set is now growing in, the other is smaller and has all the same leaves just smaller more compact. They grew vertically for first few days but now close to cfl and no verticle growth, just filling in , im about to transplant and was wondering if I could bury up the stem a ways when I do, and will roots grow off the stem once buried? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!

oh yea I have 4 27watt 5500k cfl's and 2 26 watt 6500k cfl's in a tote with a fan pushing in fresh air and an offset hole on opposite side for ventilation and light timer is on 20/4

I will be transplanting into 2 gallon with 2:1 "fox farm ocean forest" and "pro mix"

I say 2 gallon because id like to keep them short, so I will restrict root growth to a extent and will LST once is ready...

now that I just rambled on forever I will bring this to an end...haha, hopefully somebody can help me out! any questions, comments or words of advice on anything ive just mentioned, please throw it at me.

thanks "shawty", haha but yea I put the girls an inch from the CFL's a week ago, I got these from a HPS set up and they were 3 feet from the light, so yea they stretched at first, but thats mot much of a concern now, they r always 1-2 inches from lights.
