Default questions about 12/12 from seed

High everybody,

I have a cabinet that I was planning on using for a grow but it's a little too short. I have seen a box of green style grow where the stalk of the plant is trained to grow around the inside of the box. Would this be possible to do starting seeds at 12/12? I know its not good to prune after 12/12 but LST probably wont hurt right?

Yep, you can LST even when doing 12/12 from seed. Good luck.

for one mang u dont start seeds at 12/12 u want to start seeds with 24 hrs of light for the first two weeks and then kick it back to 18/6 some growers prefer to start the 18/6 and some prefer 24 and another suggestion to you homey build urself a bigger box thanks hope this helpped

You can LST at any time it is a precess of pulling shoots down and out
