I guess theres no need to fret the feds anymore for us responsible U.S. MMJ card holders, starting next Monday. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Yes it's spelled Federally. OOPS!

Yeah this is kind of how it has been for a while. Medical Cannabis is pretty much accepted by feds at this point. They realize there is nothing they can do about it. However they are still intent on capturing those who are doing it illegally/ persons who are going beyond their right as a cannabis patient/supplier.
Sadly recently I heard about the SD police infiltrating the clubs in their country merely to see if they were operating under the guidlines set forth by the state and they found not one of them was in total compliance.
The sad fact is that medical cannabis clubs will keep getting shut down because a lot of the people running them are really just drug dealers in disguise that have made it to the most respectable of all drug dealing positions, a semi legal one.
I am currently in the process of attempting to throw a completely legal collective together that will not be able to shut down, trust me there is a lot of shit to be covered.
+rep for bringing the good news to our attention

Sometimes life gives you lemons. Me? I say fuck the lemons and give me some goddamn weed NOW motherfucker!
I love that the feds r gonna finally b forced to back off, BUT this was something that should have happened earlier.
Really this is just a political performance because of his bad low approval ratings.
Also maybe take away from the spot light where he is going against Fox news now...
Any rate I'll take it, not gonna say thanks since it was a promise when he was beggin for the votes.
I wish my state would man up and make it half way legal.
rep n da mail for you, great news find.
no you haven't.
this is all just whitehouse bullshit.
these are "recommendations" not "laws".
i hate to all debbie downer and shit, but until laws are passed, i'm just going to continue going about things exactly the same as i did yesterday.
besides, they already did this like 6 months ago, i don't see any progress from the first time holder came out and said they weren't going to raid anybody. it's still happening.
it is a step forward and the only good thing to come out of this White House
