so im growing bubbleponics and ive noticed in one of my buckets the water is extra brown and the roots are really brown. at first i just thought it was the food, but now im thinking its algea? should i flush for a few days? the second strangest thing is ive noticed that some roots are growing up out of the rockwool near the stem. what is that all about? this is my first grow but my other two plants arent doing that. i was wondering if i should worry?

Everytime I see a "my water turned brown" thread, it is because he didn't risne the hydroton dust off clean enough.

i hear ya... but my hydroton is not sitting in the water.. only the roots... ive done everything the same with my 3 plants but this one is extra brown and dirty? i even cleaned the res out last night and sure enough this morning it was dirty again?? the good thing is the plant looks good..
