Hey yall,
So i have a question and i hope you all can help me. THis is my first time growing white widow and the plants are doing great. 150w HPS for three plants, (temporary place--not the time to invest in more lighting) ph 5.8, using all mix soil, bio-grow and root mix. temp is prob high 70's and i dunno about humidity. grow space 2 1/2 ' x 2 1/2 and a fan blowing/white walls.
So my plants have been vegging for 5 weeks and are exploding right now. They are on the shorter and bushyside but i have read that white widow is like that a lot of times. I am leaving here at Christmas so I have about 9 weeks left before I need to harvest these girls.
Two questions: 1. I notices that my roots are coming out of my containers. They handled there first transplant extremely well from the bottom half of a liter soda bottle to what is now a 5 gallon. Should i transplant again??? These plants ahve got a ways to go and the roots are coming out of the bottom. I am going to cut out any root mix as I prepare to flower.
2. Can i speed up my flowering by doing 4 weeks at 12/12 3 weeks at 18/6? I am a little crunched for time.
